We sell — you are buying currency from us, usually before travelling. You hand over pounds and receive the foreign currency.
We buy — you are selling currency to us, usually left over after a trip. You hand over the foreign currency and receive pounds.
Both figures already include our margin, so there is no separate commission to work out at the counter.
