Yes. Send a reservation enquiry with the currency and amount and we will have it ready for collection in branch. Payment happens at the counter.
We exchange physical banknotes across the counter — you bring one currency and leave with another. That is the whole service. We are not a bank, we do not hold accounts, and nothing is paid or processed through this website.
Yes. You can reserve currency here so we have it ready for you, but the exchange itself happens face to face at our counter. We never ask for card details on this website.
